Minty fresh and oh-so-chic, green flowers are all the rage this spring. Chrysanthemums, Roses, Carnations, Hypericum and Trachelium – they all come in the wonderful hue of spring green. Mix them with a bit of white for a fresh look. Try pink for a sweet touch. The addition of yellow will make you think of the warm sunny days to come. For the purist, choose all green and let the world know, you are right on top of the spring floral trends.

Can’t find the perfect vase? Look in the kitchen… a simple water pitcher, a canning jar or glassware make fabulous floral containers. A dinner plate filled with shot glasses makes a dramatic (and easy) floral accent for the home. Just gather your favorite blossoms, cut them short and drop them in place. Of course, once you see how wonderful it looks, you’ll have to rush out and find more shot glasses!
